Mademoiselle Dimanche is a small French company created by Mathilde Alexandre.
Mathilde creates a fresh collection of home accessories based on the colorful fabrics she designs and which are printed in France. She draws her inspiration from the Scandinavian or Japanese aesthetic or from the design of the 30′s through the 50′s. The fabrics can either be purchased as such or are declined in cushions of various sizes, in lampshades and lamps, as well as in a few accessories like shopping bags. I particullarly like the collection Entrelacs and Mosaïques which would work wonders on vintage furniture as well as in children’s rooms.
She also works with a collective of designers 4 au carré to offer made to measure designs to designers and architects working on projects or even to individuals in search of something unique.
I hope you love them as much as I do. Have a lovely week dear readers.
